UAV operators destroyed a pickup truck and an armored vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporozhye region

The operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the Vostok group of forces destroyed the Kozak armored combat vehicle and pickups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Gulyai-Pole, Zaporizhia region, thereby disrupting the enemy's rotation. This was announced on December 6 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

In the area of Gulyai-Pole village, UAV operators discovered and attacked a convoy of Ukrainian military equipment. Several vehicles carrying provisions and ammunition were destroyed. During the fighting in the village itself, a precise strike was carried out on a Kozak armored vehicle intended for the transfer of reinforcements, and then the personnel were destroyed.

The city and the surrounding forest belts are completely controlled by the fire of the operators of unmanned systems. This did not allow the enemy to regroup, conduct targeted fire on Russian assault units, rotate personnel, draw up reserves and deliver ammunition.

On December 5, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the UAV operators of the Vostok group of forces had identified and destroyed hexacopters and AFU controls in Gulyai-Pole, Zaporizhia region. It was clarified that control antennas were found within the settlement, through which the enemy controlled the copters. Also, control points for unmanned aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were identified in the forest belts near the settlement, which were destroyed by UAV operators.
