On December 6, operators of unmanned systems (UAVs) of the 6th Brigade of the Southern Group of Forces told Izvestia correspondent Egor Kildibekov about the work to destroy the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Seversky direction of the special military operation (SVO).

The operator of the FPV drone with the call sign Gestured that he had to fly into the window of the house where the Ukrainian militants were. According to him, they didn't even try to run away. He added that the task of the operators is to clear the area before the stormtroopers enter there.

In addition, the Gesture told about how the operators destroy the equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He cited the elimination of the Abrams tank as an example: the first drone flies behind the engine grille to stop the equipment, the second under the turret to make it more difficult to repair the tank. The next drone captures the defeat of the equipment and flies away to the next target.

"We escort the infantry, control the performance, control the sky, and deliver minimal provisions to the guys in position. Well, mostly sky control, day and night," said the operator with the call sign Gaz.

In addition, Kildibekov showed shelters, which are called "fox hole" in military vocabulary. According to him, they are being made due to the high activity of Ukrainian UAVs, since there is no way to dig up something larger. He added that Russian servicemen sometimes even have to sleep in such "fox holes."

On December 5, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the operators of attack UAVs of the troops of the Vostok group of forces had identified and destroyed hexacopters and AFU controls in Gulyai-Pole, Zaporizhia region. Among the downed aircraft were heavy hexacopters of the Baba Yaga type.
