- More than 1.1 thousand people will be relocated from emergency housing in Ulan-Ude in 2026
It is planned to relocate 1,168 people from the emergency housing stock in Ulan-Ude (Republic of Buryatia) by 2027. Mayor Igor Shutenkov announced this in his Telegram channel.
"We have approved a municipal program for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock. It included 15 apartment buildings. We will implement it in stages," the mayor said.
The program includes emergency homes that were recognized as such after January 1, 2017. In total, 376 apartments with a total area of about 10 thousand square meters are planned to be resettled.
According to UlanMedia, apartment owners can refuse to receive new housing and receive payment for emergency meters. In total, since 2019, more than 3.3 thousand people have been resettled in Ulan-Ude from the emergency housing fund.
In September, it was reported that 1.2 billion rubles would be allocated for a new stage of the resettlement program from dilapidated and dilapidated housing in the Saratov region. Of this amount, 743.5 million rubles will come from the federal budget.
