In Dagestan, a child died on his way home from kindergarten
A four-year-old boy was killed on his way home from kindergarten in the Karabudakhkentsky district of Dagestan, and a criminal case has been opened. This was announced on December 4 by the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the region in its Telegram channel.
According to investigators, the incident occurred the day before, on December 3. A man who was delivering children from nearby villages to their homes took the pupils from kindergartens. The dead boy was with them. He lost consciousness on the way. The parents took their son to the hospital, but they could not save him.
"A criminal case has been opened into the death of a minor child in the Karabudakhkentsky district on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence)," the message says.
The exact cause of death is not specified. Investigators will conduct a forensic medical examination. The investigation is under special control of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the Republic of Dagestan.
On November 14, it was reported that in Kabardino-Balkaria, a seventh-grade student died after choking on a meal at school. The incident occurred in one of the secondary schools in the city of Nartkala. The investigators also ordered a forensic medical examination.
