Three aftershocks of magnitude from 4.1 to 5.0 were recorded off the coast of Kamchatka during the day. This was reported on December 4 by the press service of the main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Kamchatka Territory.

"Three aftershocks of magnitude from 4.1 to 5.0 were recorded during the day," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that there were no tremors from the phenomenon in the settlements. In addition, the Ministry of Emergency Situations warned about the continued increased activity of volcanoes.

Earlier, on November 23, an earthquake of magnitude 4.9 occurred in the Pacific Ocean near the coast of Kamchatka. The epicenter of the tremors was located 315 km east of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. The earthquake was located at a depth of 10 km.
