Residents of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) from the Red Army area on December 4, in an interview with Izvestia, told about the evacuation from the combat zone.

"In the city of Rodinskoe, I foolishly, against my wife's will, bought a house for my son, and they moved in there, the Armed Forces of Ukraine, I mean. They took everything out of the house, even the old refrigerator <...> everything was taken away, the furniture was all taken away, everything was cleaned," Anatoly Shkola, a resident of Krasny Liman, told Izvestia correspondent Alexander Safiulin.

The man noted that he and seven other families, having packed their things, decided to evacuate on November 3 through the village of Novoeconomichoe. He also thanked the soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, who helped to get out of the war zone.

"I personally like it here: the heat, the water is hot around the clock, the food is normal, there is enough," the man added.

Another evacuee from this area, Ruslan Alistratov, a resident of the village of Shevchenko, noted that he had been in the settlement from the end of December last year until August 2025, and called his presence in this zone "hell", calling the Ukrainian Armed Forces "beasts".

"If you stayed, then you are a traitor, then you are unnecessary, unwanted. Clean up everyone and everything," the man said.

He said that he left the village on his own, and in the area of the village of Yellow he was evacuated by Russian troops, fed and watered.

Vladimir Zakharchenko, a resident of Konstantinovka, in turn, noted that he initially moved to his dacha in the village of Alexandrovo-Kalinovo, where he stayed for two months in the basement. According to him, the basement itself and the house on the site were hit by two drones.

"It's a miracle of God that we were on the 14th, that there was fog, there was heavy fog all day, and that's why we took advantage of it," Zakharchenko concluded.

On December 3, residents of the city of Krasnoarmeysk told Izvestia about the liberation of a settlement by the Russian Armed Forces and their evacuation from dangerous areas. Local resident Lyubov Solonaya reported that it was almost impossible to leave dangerous areas of the settlement and people had to hide from shelling and unmanned aerial vehicles.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
