Nails can serve as one of the first indicators of changes in the state of the body. A competent manicure master often notices the problem before the person himself. The South China Morning Post (SCMP) reported on December 3.

Jessica White, the founder of the manicure studio, explained that she primarily pays attention to changes in color, texture, and growth rate. According to her, pale or bluish nails can indicate circulatory disorders, and the yellow color sometimes indicates a fungal infection.

In addition, individual signs, such as the appearance of furrows, pinpoint depressions or sudden changes in plate thickness, can also be a signal of malfunctions in the body.

Experts recalled that not every change is a sign of the disease, but systemic or persistent symptoms require medical advice. Regular care, careful hygiene and careful attention to the condition of the nails help to notice the problem in time and avoid complications.

On November 15, Tulebai Sagitov, brand coach at AKFIX-RUS, told Izvestia that superglue often causes domestic inconvenience when a dense film tightly adheres to the skin and "fuses" with the surface layer of the epidermis in a few seconds. He clarified that you should not panic in such a situation: the glue can be safely removed if you act correctly and do not try to tear it off by force.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
