On December 3, the Chairman of the Human Rights Council, Valery Fadeev, criticized the practice of cutting scenes from films on Russian television and streaming services.
"I was told that almost a third of it was cut off. This is absolute stupidity," Fadeev said in an interview with RBC, citing the comedy "What men are talking about" as an example.
