Zakharova noted NATO's focus on disrupting peace talks on Ukraine

Anti-Russian statements by the chairman of the NATO Military Committee, Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, about "pre-emptive strikes" against Russia may be aimed at disrupting peace talks to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.
