A technopark will appear in Shchapovo in the TiNAO under the KRT project

It is planned to transform an inefficiently used site in the Troitsk Administrative District as part of the Integrated Territorial Development project. This was stated by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and Construction.

Thus, production facilities and engineering infrastructure will be built in the settlement of Shchapovo, NSN notes. Vladimir Yefimov noted that a technopark and communal facilities with an area of over 43 thousand square meters will be built on an area of almost 5 hectares, Moscow 24 reports. The investments are estimated at 6.47 billion rubles, and the annual effect on the budget is about 181 million rubles. The project is designed for six years and will create more than 400 jobs, writes RT.

Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Moscow Department of Urban Planning Policy, clarified that the technopark will occupy about 3.3 hectares and will be able to accommodate pharmaceutical, electronic, jewelry and food enterprises. A boiler house and sewage treatment plants will appear nearby, and part of the territory will be devoted to landscaping, the Moscow City News agency reports.
