Alcohol sales will be restricted for one day in Tula
Alcohol sales will be restricted in Tula on December 5. This is due to the grand opening of the Provincial skating rink and the main city Christmas tree.
The event will take place on Lenin Square. According to TSN24, the restriction of trade will be in effect for shops within a radius of 1 km from the square from 15:00 to 22:00.
Tula's main Christmas tree will be decorated with symbols of the city — toys in the form of gingerbread and samovars. It will be decorated with a multimedia ball with a diameter of 60 m with a controlled garland.
Earlier it was reported that the Kurgan region will reduce the time of retail sale of alcohol to 20:00. The changes will take effect on March 1, 2026.
