Putin signed a decree supporting the resettlement of qualified foreigners to Russia

On December 2, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on supporting the resettlement to Russia of foreigners with achievements in science, industry, sports, and culture. The relevant decree is published on the website of the official publication of legal acts.

"On support for the resettlement to the Russian Federation of foreign citizens and stateless persons of interest to the Russian Federation, and on the specifics of their legal status in the Russian Federation," the document says.

According to the document, foreign citizens or stateless persons will be able to move to a permanent place of residence in the Russian Federation.
