The Fifth International Forum of Civic Engagement #MYPLACE has opened in Moscow

The fifth International Civic Engagement Forum #MYPLACE has started its work in Moscow. This is the largest event dedicated to volunteerism, charity and social partnership in Russia.

"For the fifth year in a row, the #MYPLACE Forum has become a space where unique solutions are created through the exchange of experience, participants learn to work as a team and strengthen common values. This year's event will bring together about 20,000 participants from all regions of Russia and 47 foreign countries. The business program will include more than 70 events with the participation of more than 300 Russian and foreign experts. At the forum, we will summarize the results of the #MYPLACE movement for five years, present the badge "Volunteer of Russia" to 60 Russians, and also launch registration in the volunteer corps of the International Youth Festival," said Grigory Gurov, head of Rosmolodezh.

On the first day of the Forum, representatives of the resource centers for the development of volunteerism and Kindness.Centers from all over Russia discussed an initiative related to the development of the corporate code and the volunteer code, documents that will consolidate common standards of behavior and interaction within the community. The results of the meeting will form the basis for the final version of the documents.
At the discussion "Social Architecture: new approaches to working with volunteerism", the participants discussed building a management contour for solving problems.

The educational summits were aimed at preparing leaders of social change to work in a unified team of finalists for the #MYPLACE International Award. The experts were Nikita Nagorny, Olympic champion in gymnastics, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Movement of Firsts, and Seda Kasparova, communications expert, founder of the largest online speech school in the CIS, Voice of Can.

Here are the leaders of social projects nominated for the #MY PLACE Award, volunteers helping in the rear, participants in humanitarian missions to Kursk, Donbass, and foreign volunteer leaders. The forum itself is dedicated to the main topic - the support of its own. The results of the Defender of the Fatherland Year will be summed up here, decisions will be made and plans will be made. Right on the site, it will be possible to enroll in humanitarian missions, send humanitarian aid to the Pokrovsky area, which is key today, donate blood, make donations, and much more," said the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, head of the Dobro ecosystem.Russian Federation Artem Metelev.

As part of the cultural program, the forum participants visited the Museums of S.S. Prokofiev and P.I. Tchaikovsky and the State Central Museum of Cinema.

The atmospheric and exhibition programs have started their work. The art objects "17 values of Russia", "Kursk Wall", "Dobrometer" and the wheel "digital spinning wheels of mutual assistance" are presented at the forum, partner organizations have opened sites where you can learn how to sort recyclables, first aid and other skills.

All participants have the opportunity to participate in the collection of humanitarian aid at the site of the National Center "Russia" from Dobro.the Russian Federation and the Committee of Families of Soldiers of the Fatherland. Assistance will be sent to the soldiers of the Red Army (Pokrovsky) direction. Moreover, 31 humanitarian aid collection points have been opened in the capital since December 1 as part of the Moscow Helps project.

On December 3, the V International #MYPLACE Award ceremony will take place. The finalists in 2025 were representatives of 31 regions of Russia and 23 foreign countries, including Morocco, Kenya, Nigeria, Bangladesh and Kazakhstan. The award ceremony will be broadcast live on Channel One, as well as on Dobro's official resources.Russian Federation: on the website and on the social network VKontakte.

On December 4 and 5, the ceremony of awarding the government award, the honorary badge "Volunteer of Russia", will take place on the sidelines of the forum.

The business program includes more than 70 panel sessions, discussions and workshops with the participation of more than 300 experts from leading Russian and international experts, representatives of federal and regional authorities, businesses, NGOs, volunteers and activists from 48 countries. In addition, the International Year of Volunteers will be launched at the forum, and a founding congress will be held, where the International Association of Volunteer and Non-Profit Organizations DOBRO will be established.
