US President's Special Envoy Steven Witkoff was spotted walking around Moscow. The December 2 footage is published by Izvestia.

Witkoff was accompanied by Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries. They did not answer the journalists' questions.

Judging by the footage, Witkoff and Dmitriev were walking around the center of Moscow in the area of the Metropol Hotel.

The arrival of the special envoy of the American leader Donald Trump in the capital of the Russian Federation was reported earlier in the day.

On December 1, White House press Secretary Caroline Leavitt announced that Witkoff had flown out to meet with Putin in Moscow. It is expected that issues related to the current situation in Ukraine and possible ways to resolve the conflict will be discussed during the meeting.
