Putin received US President's Special Envoy Witkoff in the Kremlin

Witkoff arrived in Moscow earlier that day. This is Witkoff's sixth visit to Russia in a year. The last time he came to Moscow was on August 6. During each visit, Russian President Vladimir Putin held meetings with Witkoff.
