Moscow will have a week with stable and comfortable weather, typical for the beginning of winter. The weather conditions in the metropolitan area will be determined by the area of high atmospheric pressure, which excludes the possibility of significant precipitation in the coming days. Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, told Izvestia about this on December 1.

"The temperature background will remain in the range of -1 to +3 three degrees both at night and during the daytime," she said.

According to the expert, this exceeds the climatic norm for this period by about 5-6 degrees, which provides quite comfortable conditions for citizens.

The absence of sudden fluctuations in temperature and precipitation creates favorable conditions for walking and daily activities in the coming week.

Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather Center, said on November 29 that stable snow cover would form in Moscow no earlier than mid-December. The amount of precipitation in the coming December is expected to be close to normal or even missing by about 10%. The height of the snow cover usually ranges from 8-9 cm at the beginning of the month to 18-19 cm at the end of it.
