President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has not yet decided who he will appoint as head of his office instead of Andriy Ermak. This was announced on November 30 by Dmitry Litvin, adviser to the Ukrainian president.

"The president is still deciding on the format of the office's future work, and after a while he wants to evaluate the ideas that have been presented," the RBC—Ukraine news agency quoted him as saying.

Lytvyn noted that Oksana Markarova's appointment as adviser on Ukraine's reconstruction and investments does not yet apply to personnel appointments in the leadership of the Office of the President.

Earlier, on November 28, Ermak was dismissed from the post of head of the office of the President of Ukraine. On the same day, Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced that searches had been conducted at Ermak's house as part of a criminal case against businessman Timur Mindich (he is called the head of the criminal scheme).

On November 30, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Military-Civil Administration of the Kharkiv region announced that a criminal case had been opened against Ermak. He is suspected of complicity in planning, preparing, unleashing and waging aggressive hostilities, as well as using prohibited means and methods of conflict management.

On the same day, Verkhovna Rada deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak announced that after his dismissal on November 29, Ermak and Zelensky had a one-on-one conversation. At the same time, the MP noted that he did not know whether this was an attempt at reconciliation after the conflict or part of an ongoing "spectacle."
