The State Duma proposed to change the conditions for issuing a family mortgage

State Duma deputies from the Fair Russia faction proposed changing the conditions for issuing a family mortgage, in particular, extending it to all families with two or more minor children, regardless of their age. Such an appeal addressed to Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova was made by party leader Sergei Mironov and Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Development of Civil Society, Issues of public and Religious associations Yana Lantratova.

"It is proposed to establish the right to receive a family mortgage at a discounted rate of up to 4% for all families raising two or more minor children, regardless of the age of the children, while maintaining current requirements for the appropriate use of funds, solvency and risk management mechanisms," RIA Novosti quoted the agency as saying.

It is noted that the initiative provides for the possibility of refinancing previously issued loans for this category of citizens.
