The dismantling of rubble in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, where a building under construction collapsed, is over. This was announced on November 28 by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"The debris removal at the site of the building collapse has been completed, and the bodies of three victims have been recovered," the ministry said on Twitter.
