A consultant at the Anna Khobotova Rehabilitation center for teenagers in Dedovsk, Moscow region, had an intimate relationship with underage students. A former employee of the center told Izvestia about this on November 26.

According to the ex-employee, the institution knew about the man's numerous intimate relationships with underage girls. After the center's administration decided to dismiss the employee, he left for Rostov-on-Don with a 16-year-old girl.

Presumably, one of the victims nevertheless filed a complaint with law enforcement agencies. Now the man is detained and is under investigation.

A former employee of the center noted that people who had themselves been treated for addiction were accepted for the position of consultant at the center. The girl herself did not work there for long — Khobotova fired her after she told her about what was happening in the institution.

On the same day, Svetlana, the mother of Roman, a teenager who was admitted to the intensive care unit, said that teenagers at the Dedovsk rehabilitation center had been tortured, but at that time the parents thought that their children were studying with professional psychologists at the "elite center."
