Konstantinov proposed to include compensation for the blockade in the plan for Ukraine

On November 25, Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov proposed to include in the US peace plan a clause on compensation from Ukraine for the blockade of the Crimean Peninsula.

"The damage inflicted on Crimea before ITS [special military operation] — this topic could well be the twenty—ninth point of the peace plan. <...> It would be a very good lesson to everyone in the world not to continue to engage in an attempt to genocide their own territories, their own people, causing damage of such magnitude," he stressed. He is on the air of the Rossiya-24 TV channel.
