Information about the fire was received on the afternoon of November 25 from Frunze Street. The fire engulfed the apartment on the fourth floor. By the time firefighters arrived, flames were shooting out of the window, and black smoke was observed. This is reported by PrimaMedia news agency.

A man born in 1975 was carried out of a burning apartment in an unconscious state. Doctors carried out resuscitation measures, but it was not possible to save the victim's life.
