Kiriyenko pointed out the scale of the Mashuk Center's educational programs
During its operation, the Mashuk Knowledge Center has trained more than 50,000 teachers, mentors and veterans of its military, becoming a platform for patriotic education. This was announced on November 25 by the first Deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Russia, Sergey Kiriyenko, at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Mashuk Knowledge Center at the Rossiya National Center.
"In this short period of time, more than 50,000 people have been trained at the Mashuk center. Of course, it is very important that < is preserved...> very high quality selection, because <...> on average, at least nine people [apply] for a place in each program. That is, the center selects only one person out of nine willing and worthy to study at the Mashuk center," he said.
Kiriyenko said that the first students of the center were teachers and teachers of history and social sciences, including from new regions, as well as lecturers of the Russian Society "Znanie" and mentors. Subsequently, the educational programs of the center have expanded, and now veterans of the special military operation (SVO) who want to study pedagogical specialties take part in them. Mashuk also organizes programs for principals and head teachers from Russia and other countries of the world.
Kiriyenko also stressed that the center has already completed the first stage of its formation, so it is necessary to determine the prospects and trajectory of its development.
Sergey Kravtsov, Minister of Education of the Russian Federation, added that Mashuka implements unique programs for school principals and managers in the field of education, similar to the Leaders of Russia competition. The first stream has already shown results — 10 graduates have received new appointments, including the Minister of Education of the Khabarovsk Territory.
The head of the ministry noted that special attention is paid to international cooperation: teachers from Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus and Uzbekistan have been trained at the center. Kravtsov proposed to hold an All-Russian meeting of ministers of education at Mashuk in 2026 and launch a retraining program for teachers of regional institutes of advanced training.
On August 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin, in his greeting to the participants, organizers and guests of the Mashuk All-Russian Youth Educational Forum, noted that meetings with renowned scientists, experts and veterans of the Russian Military provide excellent opportunities for professional and personal growth. In addition, Putin clarified that during the events, guests will be able to offer their ideas and projects that will be aimed at improving Russian education, the widespread introduction of modern technologies, advanced forms of education, as well as the patriotic education of the younger generation.
