Ushakov spoke about Putin's plans during an official visit to Kyrgyzstan.

During the official visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Kyrgyzstan, talks will be held with Kyrgyz leader Sadir Japarov, where the presidents will discuss key issues of bilateral cooperation in various fields. This was announced on November 24 by Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

According to him, upon arrival in Bishkek, Putin will be met by the head of Kyrgyzstan. The first item of the program will be laying a wreath at the Eternal Flame on Victory Square, after which both presidents will hold an informal meeting at the Ala Archa residence.

"November 26 — Russian-Kyrgyz talks will be held at the Palace of Unity, during which it is planned to discuss key issues of bilateral cooperation in political, trade, economic, humanitarian and other fields," he said.

The Russian presidential aide added that following the talks, joint statements are expected to be signed aimed at deepening alliance and strategic partnership in a changing world. Important intergovernmental and commercial agreements will also be concluded during the visit.

After signing the documents, the heads of state will make statements on the results of the negotiations, followed by a state reception. Then Putin is scheduled to have a conversation with President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, and in the evening of the same day an informal lunch will be held with the participation of the leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) countries.

The next day, on November 27, a meeting of the CSTO will be held, during which 19 documents will be signed. In addition, the Russian leader will speak at the meeting outlining the priorities of the Russian presidency in 2026. The CSTO events will end with an official reception for the heads of state, which will be held by the Kyrgyz side.

On July 27, Putin congratulated Japarov on the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration on Eternal Friendship, Alliance and Partnership between the two countries. The Russian leader expressed confidence that Moscow and Bishkek will continue to strengthen relations in a bilateral format and within the framework of such associations as the EurAsEC, the CSTO, the CIS and the SCO.
