A data platform for the construction industry has been launched in Russia
house. The Russian Federation has launched the basic version of the Construction Industry Data Platform. Its creation should contribute to the accelerated implementation of artificial intelligence technologies in industry processes, said DOM.RF.
"The platform was created within the framework of the federal project "New Rhythm of Construction", which is part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life", focused on achieving the indicators set in the national development goals of the Russian Federation and approved by Presidential Decree No. 309," said Konstantin Mikhailik, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation.
According to him, the platform was created with the support of the Ministry of Construction, the regions and the professional community. "Our goal is for projects to generate clean, structured data from the very beginning, ready for analysis by artificial intelligence. All this will allow us to make more accurate decisions, optimize resources and bring the industry to a qualitatively new level of efficiency and technological independence," Mikhailik emphasized.
The platform has already hosted the first datasets related to apartment construction, private housing construction, and housing cooperatives. Users can access the analysis of apartments by real estate class, plans for the commissioning of construction projects by quarter, analysis of the seasonality of construction, housing and other datasets.
Managing Director of IT and Digital Transformation HOUSE.Russian Federation Nikolay Kozak stated that the launch of the basic version of the platform is a significant step towards creating a unified information space for the construction industry. "We strive to provide market participants with tools for effective analytics and informed decision-making. Access to machine-readable data opens up new horizons for the development of AI, contributing to increased transparency and speed of construction. This is the basis for the formation of smart services and AI agents that will eventually make housing construction even better and more efficient for everyone," Kozak added.
