Tverskoy court arrested actor Kharatyan's car

In connection with the litigation between several companies, the Tver court decided to arrest the car purchased by actor Dmitry Kharatyan. This follows from the case file, which was reviewed by RIA Novosti on November 22.

"The arguments of the complaints indicate that at the time of the seizure, the disputed vehicles were already the property of these individuals. [The representative] draws attention to the fact that the seizure of cars that are not the property of Neo Cars Bel LLC cannot affect the recovery of funds from a legal entity, and therefore the extension of the interim measure imposed only leads to a restriction of the rights of the new owners of the arrested cars," the materials say.
