The Kremlin pointed to a reduction in the decision-making space for Zelensky

The decision-making space for President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is shrinking. This was announced on November 21 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"The effective work of the Russian Armed Forces should convince Zelensky and his regime that it is better to negotiate and do it now. <...> The decision—making space for him is shrinking as territories are lost during the offensive actions of the Russian Armed Forces," he said at a briefing.
