Russia has not officially received any plans for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine from the United States. This was announced on November 21 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not received any information from the American side in this context," she said.
