An earthquake of magnitude 5.5 was recorded in Bangladesh. This was announced on November 21 on the official website of the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

It is specified that the seismic event was located at a depth of 10 km. The epicenter of the earthquake was located about 18 km east of Tunga, where about 337,000 people live, and 27 km north of Dhaka, where more than 10.3 million people live.

At the moment, there have been no reports of casualties or damage.

On November 12, an earthquake of magnitude 5.2 was registered in Cyprus. It occurred at 11:31 a.m. local time (12:31 a.m. Moscow time), and the epicenter was located about 54 km west of Limassol, where about 150,000 people live. The depth of the hearth was 10 km.
