Sber has introduced a new AI agent for process analytics

At the international AI Journey conference, Sber presented an AI agent for process analytics. The development of a new technology has become the next stage in the development of the Process Mining platform, according to Sbera.

The AI agent analyzes business processes based on user data. The algorithm calculates key metrics, puts forward and verifies hypotheses, identifying the causes of inefficiency. As a result, he generates a report that describes the identified problems, possible causes, and provides recommendations for their elimination.

Sberbank noted that the agent does not replace the specialist, but becomes his assistant. "What an analyst would take several days to do, an agent does in dozens of minutes. The human task is to correctly interpret the AI's conclusions, verify them and make a final decision," the bank said.

"Our new AI agent in Process Mining is a qualitative leap in the development of process analytics, which radically changes the approach to identifying hidden reserves and inefficiencies in business processes. We are moving from descriptive AI analytics to AI generation of hypotheses and recommendations. Now the analyst gets a ready—made set of insights for decision—making, which speeds up the entire work cycle — from research to implementation of improvements - and opens up new horizons for improving efficiency for enterprises," said Taras Skvortsov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank.

Sber is currently completing testing of the AI agent. In 2026, the tool will be available to the foreign market.
