Verkhovna Rada deputy Dmitry Razumkov came to parliament to vote on the resignation of Justice Minister German Galushchenko and Energy Minister Svetlana Grinchuk, taking a Carlson doll with him. The meeting was broadcast on November 18 on the Rada's YouTube channel.
"At least let this [toy Carlson] sit down, because these two did not come <...> They [the ministers] ran away, they are not in the hall. Who are you firing?" he said.
Galushchenko called on the deputies to deprive Galushchenko and Grinchuk of their ministerial posts in order not to pay their salaries. It is noted that both ministers were not present during the meeting.
On November 10, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) revealed a money laundering scheme in the country's energy sector, through which about $100 million passed. Seven people were charged in the case of corruption in the energy sector, including businessman Timur Mindich (he is called the head of the criminal scheme).

Polish Minister of National Defense Vladislav Kosinyak-Kamysh said on November 18 that Ukraine, with a high level of corruption in the country, cannot be admitted to the European Union (EU). According to him, European partners should demand that the Kiev authorities immediately clarify the circumstances of the corruption scandal in Zelensky's entourage.
