- About 140 sites will be united by the capital's "Day without Turnstiles" campaign
From November 28 to December 4, Moscow will host the final "Day without Turnstiles" campaign this year. Participants will have excursions to the production of microprocessors and aviation systems, as well as meetings with the finalists of the Innovator of Moscow competition, said Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.
"About 140 organizations will join the winter campaign: technology companies, creative workshops, representatives of creative businesses and many others. On the eve of the seventh Moscow Week of Interior and Design, manufacturers of furniture, decor, and household goods will open their doors to visitors," the vice mayor noted.
For the first time, such sites as the Lefortovo Porcelain Factory and the Moscow-Passazhirskaya-Yaroslavskaya railway station will participate in the project. The capital's IT developer will present domestic microprocessors and prototypes of future devices to visitors. At the center for additive engineering, those who wish will get acquainted with the production of 3D products, and in a company that produces innovative composite materials, they will see unique equipment.
At the film studio, residents and guests of the capital will learn about the main stages of sound post-production of films: recording voices and music, editing noises and special effects.
On average, about 2.5 thousand people take part in the "Day without turnstiles" every season.
