The coach of Chile compared the Sochi climate with the south of his country

Nicolas Cordova, acting head coach of the Chilean national football team, assessed the conditions for the Sochi games. In a conversation with reporters on November 15, he noted that the climate of the Krasnodar Territory resembles southern Chile, and the team was warmly received.

"The weather is very comfortable, the climate is very similar to the south of Chile. The city is beautiful, we were warmly welcomed," Cordova quotes TASS.

The coach added that the match was characterized by high intensity and quality of play. In addition, Cordova commented on the possible participation of the Russian national team in the America's Cup, noting that the level of the tournament is high and needs to be matched.

Earlier it was reported that the Russian national team announced the starting lineup for the meeting with Chile. Stanislav Agkatsev became the goalkeeper, Mingiyan Beveev, Igor Diveev, Matvey Lukin and Danil Krugovoy played in the defensive line, and Maxim Glushenkov, Konstantin Tyukavin and Alexander Golovin played in the attacking three.
