"12 people were hospitalized, one of them a child. The condition of one of the victims is assessed as serious, the rest are stable," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is specified that eight ambulance crews were working at the scene of the incident. The injured were treated immediately. The Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation for the region has opened a criminal case under the article on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements.
