Zoomers are multiplying the demand for digital, educational, and consumer services, which is forcing the market to actively adapt to their demands. So, this year, representatives of generation Z began to turn to lawyers and computer help more often. This is evidenced by the results of the Avito Services study, which was reviewed by Izvestia on November 17.

"Zoomers value their time and easily transfer the routine to others — for example, they order Internet setup or dry cleaning," said Alexander Kuroptev, Senior director of the Avito Services vertical.

According to the service, in 2024, zoomers began to use the Internet more often (8.5 times), as well as to repair computers (5.8 times) and video game consoles (5.5 times). In 2025, the frequency of such requests increased by another 32%. The number of requests to polygraph examiners, designers and consulting specialists increased 2.1 times in 2024, and the demand for legal services increased by 93% this year.

The beauty industry also showed significant growth: in 2024, zoomers were 3.9 times more likely to sign up for eyelash and eyebrow care procedures. In 2025, Generation Z began to practice yoga and fitness more actively — the demand for such classes increased by half in 2025 compared to the previous one.

At the same time, the younger generation began to delegate household tasks more often: in 2025, 22% of zoomers hired specialists to solve such issues. The demand for dry cleaning increased by 25%, and for sewing and repairing clothes — by 21%.

In addition, experts have recorded an increase in the trend towards education. In 2025, zoomers were 97% more likely to choose design and drawing courses, and the demand for professional training increased 4.2 times.

Anna Polosina, a psychologist and MSPPU specialist, said on November 14 that generation Z really remembers information worse, but this is not due to a lack of abilities, but to the peculiarities of their thinking. According to her, zoomers have grown up in conditions of constant information flow, which has formed the habit of quickly receiving information and also quickly switching between tasks.
