Jaloliddin Shamsov, a participant in the preparation of the assassination attempt on a high-ranking Russian official at the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow, committed a murder in Bashkiria in 2021, but escaped justice. This was reported by TASS on November 14, citing a law enforcement source.

"Shamsov, a native of Tajikistan, received Russian citizenship in 2010. In 2021, he committed a murder in Bashkiria, but escaped from law enforcement officers and fled to Ukraine," the source told TASS.
