Former head of the British intelligence service Moore called Putin an ideological man
Former British intelligence chief Richard Moore described Russian President Vladimir Putin as an "ideological man," noting that he combines two personality types — "cold" and "ideological." He said this in an interview with the Financial Times newspaper on November 14.
"According to Moore, there are two Putin's. One of them is a cold—eyed realist who makes deals when necessary," the newspaper writes.
