- The Arbitration court of the Moscow region intends to declare bankrupt the developer Domogatsky
Developer-blogger Sergei Domogatsky is being tried to declare bankruptcy in the Arbitration Court of the Moscow region, currently at least 36 applications have been filed for his crimes. Lawyer Alexander Zorin informed Izvestia about this on November 14.
The court is considering applications for the entrepreneur's insolvency and the possible withdrawal of more than 50 million rubles abroad.
"At least 36 criminal complaints have been filed in Russia. However, checks at three Moscow police stations are stalling. The arguments are the same: "We can't find Domogatsky." Although what to look for it? Everyone knows perfectly well that he is outside the territory of Russia, he himself exposes his location," said Zorin.
At the same time, about 30 victims are seeking to bring Domogatsky to justice in Bali. Among them are not only citizens of Russia, but also from Ukraine, France, the USA, Belarus and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
"It is clear that the money was not used for its intended purpose. And this is confirmed by the courts and arbitration courts on bankruptcy of IP "Domogatsky". In particular, an application for the unlawful withdrawal of more than 50 million rubles in favor of Sergei Domogatsky is being considered in this case. <...> Legal proceedings are underway to bring Domogatsky and the stars advertising him to criminal responsibility," the lawyer clarified.
He added that the blogger actively recruited Russian celebrities to promote his projects. According to the lawyer, Larisa Guzeeva's manager called the price at 1.5 million rubles per post. The ads featuring other media personalities — blogger Ksenia Sobchak, singer Lolita, and TV presenter Lera Kudryavtseva—were submitted under the guise of personal recommendations and were "carbon-coded." In addition, it is not known whether the income was declared and whether the requirements of Roskomnadzor were met, Zorin noted.
On November 10, Izvestia learned that Domogatsky, whom clients suspected of fraud with the sale of villas in Bali and stealing $2 million from them, bought real estate in South Africa for the same amount. The developer was actively promoted in her advertising by the famous TV presenter Larisa Guzeeva, who also ended up at the center of the scandal. For three years, none of the Russians who paid for the villa ever saw their house, and the author of the project began to invent excuses and disappeared, taking the clients' money. The Indonesian police are currently investigating his case.
