Russian Security Council Secretary Sergei Shoigu delivered a personal message from Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with Sultan of Oman Haysam bin Tarek Al Said in Muscat. This was reported on November 13 in the press service of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
