In Russia, chat rooms will be created for all apartment buildings in the Max messenger

By the end of 2025, an official chat in the Max messenger should be created for every apartment building in Russia. This was announced on November 12 by Irek Fayzullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, at a meeting of the Council on Housing Construction and Assistance to the Development of Housing and Communal Services under the Federation Council.

"We have a serious task ahead of us <...> in the field of using the Max digital messenger <...>. Each apartment building should actually create a chatbot by the end of the year," the minister said, quoted by RIA Novosti.

Fayzullin noted that the initiative will cover almost a million apartment buildings across the country.

Machine learning technologies have been introduced in the new product to improve call quality.

Earlier, on November 5, it was reported that residents of nine countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) had the opportunity to exchange messages and make calls through the Russian messenger MAX. It was clarified that the service became available to users from Russia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
