In 2025, T-Technologies Group (the parent company of T-Bank) invested over 10 billion rubles in the development of educational and scientific initiatives. This was announced by Stanislav Bliznyuk, President of the group, at the Digital Solutions forum.

As Bliznyuk noted, investments in education and research can strengthen the internal potential of companies and are already demonstrating economic returns.

The head office of T-Bank has been implementing free training programs for seven years, providing equal educational opportunities to schoolchildren and students across the country, said the head of T-Technologies. During this time, more than 70,000 people have completed training on the group's platforms.

T-Technologies develops the training of IT specialists through its own educational platform, T-Education, and the Central University, established in 2023 on the initiative of the group in partnership with more than 60 companies.

The Group cooperates with more than 40 leading Russian universities, including MIPT, HSE, Central University, Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, ITMO, UrFU, UNN and NSU. Together with them, the company launches educational programs and scientific laboratories.

As part of its own scholarship program, T-Technologies pays students a monthly stipend of 25 thousand rubles during the academic year. Since the launch of the initiative, 533 students have received support.

Since 2023, the group has also been implementing a grant competition "Contribution to the Generation" aimed at supporting teachers of exact sciences. During the existence of the program, more than 70 million rubles have been allocated to teachers of mathematics, computer science and physics.
