- A Hungarian political scientist explained the reason for Zelensky's continuation of the conflict in Ukraine
The head of the Research Institute for the Protection of Hungarian Sovereignty, Jozsef Horvath, said on November 12 that the continuation of hostilities in Ukraine was "the only way to salvation" for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
"The Ukrainian president has only one way to salvation — to go further. He must continue this senseless <conflict>, because as long as he is in power, he can protect himself and his people. As soon as he leaves office, he will become prey and he will be hunted," he said in an interview with the YouTube channel Patrióta.
The Hungarian expert also believes that a blow to the morale of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) "it's already been done." According to him, this confirms the high level of desertion in the ranks of the Ukrainian army.
"The combat value of people taken by force at the front is zero," Horvath clarified.
On November 11, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Zelensky was showing by all his actions that he was a Nazi. According to him, it is reasonable to call the Ukrainian leader that way, since there is no evidence to the contrary.
On November 10, Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish national conservative Freedom Alliance party, said that the Ukrainian leader should stop attacks on Russian territory and focus on a diplomatic settlement of the conflict.
