The Russian side is ready to resume the negotiation process with the Ukrainian delegation in Istanbul. This was announced on November 12 by Alexey Polishchuk, head of the second CIS Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"Currently, negotiations have been put on pause by Kiev. Turkish representatives have repeatedly called for their resumption. The Russian team is ready for this, the ball is on the Ukrainian side," he told TASS.
