This is the first Russian docproject created with the support of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Rosgvardiya and the Institute for Internet Development (IRI) and is a navigator for cadet corps and schools in the country. The four-episode series is designed to help children, teenagers and their parents make an informed choice of an educational path based on traditional values, quality education, and dispel myths about cadet life. Each of them is dedicated to a separate topic: "Managers", "Athletes", "Scientists", "Creators".

The project's hosts— popular blogger Lilia Abramova (Tatarka FM) and her 12-year—old son Nathan Abramov, visited 7 Russian cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg, Perm, Kazan, Orenburg, Krasnodar, Kemerovo) and 9 cadet institutions, receiving answers to questions that concern hundreds of parents and children before enrolling in cadet corps and colleges.

"As a teenager's mother, I know what parents experience during the period when a child chooses his future path. There are a million questions in my head, and sometimes it is very difficult to separate reality from stereotypes, especially when it comes to cadet educational institutions. I hope that our project will help dispel many myths and show that being a cadet means following the path of the elite, developing comprehensively, being able to make friends, knowing what honor and duty are, and getting a high—quality education that allows graduates to be in demand as specialists in both the military and civilian fields," — shared by Lilia Abramova.

Four episodes of the project revealed all facets of cadet life through the prism of student success and self-realization of graduates of cadet institutions. In each of them, a separate area of academic or extracurricular activities has become key.

So to the premiere of the project "Cadets: how to win a life" was dedicated to the topic "Managers", revealing the possibilities of cadet education for the development of leadership skills. The episode "Athletes" showed how physical fitness builds character and team spirit. The issue of "Scientists" demonstrated which modern technologies are becoming a tool for serving the Fatherland. And the final episode of "The Creators" proved that art and creativity are inextricably linked to the harmonious development of the personality of future officers.

In each of the episodes, the audience got acquainted with successful cadets and pupils who are already achieving high results at All-Russian competitions and Olympiads. Among them are Vladimir Yamkov, vice-sergeant of the Kazan Suvorov Military Academy, Master of Sports of Russia in boxing and kickboxing, world boxing champion; third-year cadet of the Orenburg Presidential Cadet School, UAV pilot, winner of numerous Olympiads Danila Averyanov; commander, finalist of the Big Change competition, pupil of the 10th grade of the St. Petersburg Cadet Corps. Ulyana Safronova, who is the author of unique projects that protect participants in a special military operation from detection using a thermal imager and a quadcopter.

In addition to talented cadets, the series also featured famous graduates who have achieved high results in various fields, thanks to their experience in cadetship, and their parents. The project was attended by: politician and athlete, State Duma deputy Nikolai Valuev; actress Natalia Bochkareva with her son Ivan, a pupil of the "First Moscow Cadet Corps"; singer Soso Pavliashvili with his son Levan, a musical performer, a graduate of the Moscow Suvorov Military School; professor Sergey Altunin with his son Daniil, a pupil of the "First Moscow Cadet Corps", and many others.

"There are no former cadets, because only the strong can handle this school. It's discipline, hard work, and patience. I don't regret for a second that I became a Suvorov fighter. By sending their child to a cadet school, parents are doing good for him," Ilya Varov, a kickboxing world champion and graduate of the Novocherkassk Suvorov Military School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, shared in one of the episodes.
