A number of media services will be provided at the V Congress of Young Scientists

The accreditation of media representatives to work at the V Congress of Young Scientists has been completed. After reviewing applications and confirming accreditation for the event, journalists will be able to use the Congress services: book rooms in hotel complexes on the federal territory of Sirius, learn about the receipt of badges, the timing and procedure of PCR testing and the shuttle schedule. Information about the services will be posted on the event's website and in the Personal Account of media representatives.

Badges for work at the V Congress of Young Scientists are issued at accreditation points in Moscow, St. Petersburg and the federal territory of Sirius – the addresses and opening hours of the points will be posted on the Congress website.

During the arrival and departure days of the participants on November 25 and 29, free transport shuttles will run from Sochi International Airport and Adler Railway Station to hotels on the federal territory of Sirius and the Accreditation Center at the Omega Sirius Hotel, as well as during the Congress on November 26-28 – from hotels to Sirius University of Science and Technology.

During the Congress, a separate entrance to the venue will be provided for media representatives. A free Wi-Fi network with Internet access will be available throughout the event site.

The press center of the V Congress of Young Scientists will be equipped with everything necessary for the work of 400 media representatives. Equipped workplaces with the possibility of broadband Internet access and connection of own equipment will be located here. A coffee break area with catering service and lunch at the media restaurant will be organized in the press center.

Volunteers will work at the Congress site, arrival points, hotels and the Accreditation Center to help navigate the issues of media representatives' stay and work at the event. Also, questions regarding the accreditation and work of the media on the site can be sent to media@roscongress.org .
