On November 10, the Ukrainian political party European Solidarity with former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko (part of an association listed by Rosfinmonitoring as involved in extremist activities or terrorism) began the procedure for the resignation of the Cabinet of Ministers in connection with the scandal of one of the closest associates of President Vladimir Zelensky, Timur Mindich.

European Solidarity is beginning the resignation procedure. <...> We are taking signature lists, collecting signatures and calling on all parliamentarians who still have honor, dignity and awareness of the risks the current corruption scandal poses to Ukraine to get to our demand," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that Ukraine is ruled by corrupt officials, which should be avoided.

Earlier, the party noted that $100 million had been stolen in Ukraine's energy sector.

"It requires a reaction. Not the speechwriter's statements. Not even a change of government. Changes in policy and approaches to its formation. To unite everyone in the face of insane challenges and make all processes as transparent as possible, and actions finally responsible," added European Solidarity.

Earlier in the day, the Ukrainian edition of Strana.ua" reported that Mindich and former Energy Minister German Galushchenko were searched. People's Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak said that "this is not all," hinting at a possible continuation of the anti-corruption operation.

Later, the newspaper Politico reported on the disclosure by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) of a corruption scheme in Ukrainian energy companies. According to the NABU, the main purpose of the corrupt scheme was to obtain illegal benefits in the amount of 10-15% of the value of government contracts from Energoatom's counterparties, including companies involved in the construction of protective structures at energy infrastructure facilities. The NABU refused to disclose the names of the main suspects in the corruption case, but said that among the alleged perpetrators there are well-known businessmen and high-ranking officials.
