The Winners extreme project has been launched on REN TV

The super-extreme project "Winners" has been launched on REN TV, where participants demonstrate endurance, speed and team spirit. The first tests were the "Breakthrough" and team battles, which require not only strength, but also precise calculation. Maxim Prikhoda, a correspondent for Izvestia, told about this on November 10.

There are 15 participants at the start. They will have to overcome a six-meter rope, a handlebar, a mud moat and a wall with a negative angle. In the final stage, there is a firing line. After the first test, three participants leave the project, the rest join teams and receive mentors.

The most famous athletes of Russia became mentors.: Mikhail Koklyaev leads the Bears, Svetlana Aplachkina leads the Lynx team, Eduard Khalilov leads the Tigers, and Marat Sutaev leads the Eagles.

Next, the participants will have to overcome a team battle on a truck, a new obstacle course with heavy reels, throwing 10—kilogram balls and climbing a half-ton log.

The final challenge was the most extreme: under the icy water, the participants search for sandbags to save their mentors in the cage.

"The legs get tangled in the algae, plus the whole thing sinks. It's tough," said Eduard Khalilov, mentor of the Winners project.

Earlier, on November 8, it was reported about the launch of the REN TV extreme project "Winners", in which each stage requires iron will and endurance from the participants. It was clarified that there are no decorations or insurance in the program, even champions or fighters with many years of training can get off the track.
