In the Kaliningrad region, an experiment on assembling Baikal-M processors was stopped at the facilities of GS Nanotech in Gusev due to a shortage of components on the market. This was announced on November 10 by Andrey Evdokimov, CEO of Baikal Electronics.

"There are no crystals now or there are not enough of them to assemble the chips and distribute them to partners. Therefore, we did not go to the development of the experiment, there was no opportunity. But in general, I assess it positively and I think it was a step forward," he said in an interview with Kommersant.
