A man who is an alleged participant in the attack of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) on the Irkutsk region has issued loans and accumulated debts in Russia. This is evidenced by the materials of law enforcement agencies, which were reviewed by RIA Novosti on November 10.

So, according to these documents, Artem Timofeev (listed as a terrorist and extremist in the Russian Federation) took out several loans for large amounts, but then stopped paying them, which caused him to have debts of more than 100 thousand rubles.
