On board the helicopter that crashed in the Republic of Dagestan were employees of the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant (KEMZ), they were on a working trip. This was announced on November 7 by a source of Izvestia.

All passengers were flying from the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant to the Terek recreation center. Izvestia publishes a list of victims of the crash: Peter S., Akhmat A., Vladimir A.
